Real Estate Investing 

There are many different ways to invest in real estate,  my favorite is multi family.

The example below is of a property being listed for $1.44 million dollars.  we are going to determine if this is a good deal.

Its a 16 unit building and that means theres an average $900 in rent per unit.

The strategy here is to calculate, based on past performance​, expenses and income to verify if its worth the price they it's listing for.

If you were to invest in the stock market, you can expect an 8% return, so anything above that is a good deal. 


Based on this schedule, it will take 6 years to make 115% of your investment back.  This value does not include the monthly interest return (cash on cash)
